ā€œFaster Than a Bullet Trainā€: The Story Behind Stray Kids’ DO IT

October, Incheon Asiad Main Stadium.
The final encore of the [dominATE] world tour was coming to an end, and everyone thought,
ā€œOkay… this is really the last chapter.ā€

The members were emotional, the crowd was half crying, half rolling end credits in their heads.

And then—because this is Stray Kids—
the ending didn’t actually end.

The screen suddenly went dark.
A dreamy video started playing, and one sentence appeared:

ā€œThis is IT.ā€

Then the title followed: SKZ IT TAPE 'DO IT'.

For about 0.1 seconds, the stadium went completely silent.
And then it exploded.

In that moment, everyone realized:
ā€œThis wasn’t the finale… it was just auto-play to the next tape.ā€

SKZ IT TAPE: Capturing the ā€œThis Is Itā€ Moment

SKZ IT TAPE 'DO IT' is a new format Stray Kids just pulled out.
You can sum it up in one line:

ā€œA series that records whatever feels like the ā€˜IT’ of Stray Kids right now, like a mixtape of the moment.ā€

After their 4th full album KARMA rewrote records on global charts,
and after they finally stepped into a stadium in Korea 7 years after debut,
they could’ve taken a long break.

Instead, they dropped a brand-new ā€œIT TAPE.ā€

At this point, their only real rival feels like one thing:
Stray Kids from yesterday.

The Title Track Do It: A Collective ā€œJust Go for Itā€

One of the double title tracks, Do It, rides on a hip-hop base with a touch of reggaeton.
If you had to put the lyrics into one sentence, it’d be:

ā€œIf you’re sure about it, move now. Don’t overthink it. Don’t just want it—DO IT.ā€

As always, 3RACHA—Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han—were deeply involved in the songwriting and production, giving it that signature ā€œthis is our own storyā€ flavor.

With tracks like Do It, DIVINE (ģ‹ ģ„ ė†€ģŒ), Holiday, Photobook, and more,
the whole tape feels like one tightly packed snapshot of the Stray Kids universe in this exact moment.

World Tour Finale → New Album Teaser: The Art of Being Busy

The funniest part?
All of this was announced right at the end of their world tour.

Most artists, after an 11-month world tour, go into ā€œrecharge mode.ā€
Stray Kids, on the other hand:

  1. Travel the world with [dominATE],
  2. Wrap it all up with an encore at a stadium,
  3. Drop a brand-new teaser on the spot,
  4. And then release DO IT on November 21.

It’s basically the K-pop version of a post-credit scene in a Marvel movie.
Right when you ask, ā€œSo… is it over?ā€
Stray Kids answers:

ā€œNope. That was just the sound of the next track loading.ā€

The Best Way to Listen to This Album (Fan Mode ON)

Whether you’re a longtime STAY or someone who just fell down the Stray Kids rabbit hole,
here’s one fun way to listen:

  1. Go home and turn off all the lights.
  2. Think of something you’ve been wanting to do all year but never actually started.
  3. Press play on Do It.

If, during the chorus,
you feel even 1% more like ā€œOkay… maybe I should just do itā€,

then this album has already done its job.
